Jonas is an associate in our Global Transactions Group. He advises insurance companies, other financial institutions and non-regulated corporates on German and European financial regulatory law, with a particular focus on insurance supervision. Jonas is a member of our Insurance Group. He also advises domestic and international clients on M&A transactions.
