Mara is a senior associate in the P&R practice of our Milan office.

Her experience includes all aspects of employment advice, such as top managers’ employment contracts and terminations, non-competition agreements, collective redundancy procedures, transaction-related employment law matters (corporate acquisitions and sales, transfers of business and corporate restructurings).

Mara has a broad experience on all aspects of employee incentive and executive remuneration arrangements, including MIPs. She advices on all aspects of regulation of remuneration in the listed company and financial service sectors.

Prior to join the Firm, Mara worked in the Milan office of a magic circle law firm and she spent a period of secondment in the London office focusing on advising on remuneration matters.
