Antoine is a counsel in our Restructuring & Capital Solutions practice, based in Paris

His practice encompasses a wide range of ‘in-court’ and ‘out-of-court’ restructuring work with a particular focus on capital solutions (including private credit and hybrid capital), distressed M&A and special situations, helping creditors, investors, debtors, sponsors and shareholders navigating distress and insolvency issues.

Antoine has worked on a number of high-profile restructurings - both domestic and cross-border - and frequently represents clients in litigations related to insolvency or enforcement matters.

Besides, he is regularly advising on traditional M&A, private equity and finance transactions.

Antoine joined the firm in 2024 from a U.S. law firm in Paris, where he was an associate in the "M&A / Private Equity" team. He has also gained valuable experience working on client secondment at a global alternative investment firm.

Antoine is fluent in English and French.
