Kilian is a principal associate in our intellectual property and information technology practice group. He has particular expertise in the field of Intellectual Property law and litigation with special focus on the fields of pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, software and technology.
He advises and represents clients in litigations across a broad spectrum of technologies, spanning from pharmaceutical patents to cellular and information technology patents, including standard-essential patents. Kilian also advises on intellectual property issues in international corporate transactions.
Kilian is fluent in German and English.
