He has experience acting for corporates, directors, insolvency officeholders, creditors and other key parties in the UK and global restructuring and insolvency market.
During his time at Freshfields, Will has been seconded to the Brussels office for six months.

- Advising the commercial banks on the restructuring of the EUR 6bn debt of Casino
- Advising Bulb Energy on options for its sale and contingency planning, culminating in its entry into the UK’s first energy supply company administration and advising the joint administrators of the parent company, including on options to sell Simple’s assets potentially as part of a wider sale of the Bulb business
- certain creditors of Intu propcos on debt and equity restructurings following the administration of other companies in the group
- Advising the joint administrators of the high-cost short-term consumer credit provider Elevate Credit International Limited (formerly t/a Sunny)
- Advising the Hotelbeds Group on the amendment and extension of its c.€2bn loan facilities in 2020/21
- Advising the joint administrators of various entities within the BrightHouse Group
