Lotte is an associate in the employment team of our firm's Amsterdam office. She has joined the firm in 2024. Lotte assists on the legal and practical aspects of dealing with employees in the Netherlands. She also assists on the employment and pension aspects of (cross-border) M&A transactions.

Lotte is fluent in Dutch and English.
