He advises clients on the tax aspects of a range of commercial transactions and disputes.
Christophoros has spent time seconded to Goldman Sachs in London and our Frankfurt office. He speaks English and Greek.

- Sanofi on its exclusive negotiations with CD&R to transfer a 50% controlling stake in Opella, its consumer healthcare business;
- DP World on its proposed acquisition of 100% of the Cargo Services Seafreight business;
- Global One Healthcare Holding, the healthcare division of Yas Holding LLC, on the sale of two healthcare assets in the UAE to Mubadala;
- Saga plc on its £485 million term and revolving facilities;
- CVC on its €4.5 billion acquisition of Unilever’s tea business;
- A public authority on the tax structuring and treatment of a $2.1 billion energy project;
- Sovereign and private investors and financial sponsors on fund matters throughout the fund lifecycle, from establishment and structuring to portfolio investments and co-investments;
- Multinational corporations on contentious matters, including most recently in an "unallowable purpose" dispute relating to the corporation tax treatment of a multinational group's UK financing arrangements, and a financial institution’s cross-border employment tax dispute concerning the treatment of employment benefit schemes; and
