Wouter Van Der Veken is counsel in the Brussels office and leads the Belgian banking & finance practice within the global transactions group.
He specializes in transactional finance, covering a wide range of industries. His practice includes acquisition & leveraged finance, private debt, capital solutions, restructuring and general corporate treasury.
Wouter also has experience as a strategy consultant, working in corporate finance, private equity, financial institutions and FinTech.
He is fluent in Dutch and English.
