Iris is an associate in the dispute resolution team in our Amsterdam office, specializing in data and technology regulatory and litigation matters. She has particular expertise in the TMT, life sciences and financial services sectors.
Iris represents clients in data and technology related disputes before the Dutch courts, such as regulatory fine and injunction proceedings, and class actions. Iris also assists clients during investigations by various European and Dutch data protection authorities and other regulators. She also advises on various aspects of data/tech regulatory compliance, such as product launches, global data breaches, and data-heavy M&A transactions.
Iris is fluent in Dutch and English.
