Paige is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Group in New York.
Her practice focuses on international arbitration, both commercial and investor-State, as well as litigation in US courts. She advises clients in a wide variety of sectors, including financial services, oil and gas, mining, and manufacturing, and has acted in both federal and state courts and in arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, AAA, and ICDR rules.
She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Legal500 and an Associate to Watch in International Arbitration by Chambers Global and USA, has received the 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award for Litigation and the 2023 Women In Business Law Arbitration Rising Star Award. She is an editor of the Kluwer Arbitration Blog.
Paige received her JD cum laude from Harvard Law School and her BA magna cum laude from Tufts University. She speaks English and French fluently and is admitted to practice in New York and several federal courts in the United States.
- Representing London Stock Exchange Group plc and FTSE International Limited in a AAA/ICDR commercial arbitration concerning an alleged breach of a non-compete, obtaining a full dismissal of claims valued in excess of US$500 million and a significant costs order.
- Representing Occidental Petroleum in an UNCITRAL arbitration against Venezuela following Venezuela’s improper interference in OXY’s hydrocarbons investments, obtaining an award for OXY in excess of US$100 million (and costs).
- Representing a multinational electronics company in multiple AAA arbitrations with a patent licensor concerning alleged breaches of a licensing agreement.
- Representing Sumitomo Pharma UK in matters relating to a pending appraisal proceeding in Bermuda.
- Representing DAZN Limited in a US$270 million tortious interference dispute against professional boxer Canelo Alvarez, relating to a licensing agreement.
- Representing US and European supermajor oil companies in various disputes against African states and their state-owned entities.
- Representing Abdul Lateef Jameel Transportation Company in successfully seeking Section 1782 discovery from FedEx Corporation in aid of commercial arbitrations pending in the DIFC and Saudi Arabia.
- Representing the government of Saint Lucia in ICSID annulment proceedings brought by RSM.
- Representing Glencore International AG in ICSID annulment proceedings brought by Colombia.
- Representing Tenaris S.A. in two ICSID annulment proceedings instituted by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela relating to the expropriation of several steel assets.
- Representing affiliates of multiple international oil companies in actions against the Nigerian state-owned oil company to recognize and enforce multi-billion dollar arbitral awards set aside at the seat of arbitration.
- Representing multiple international companies in proceedings to recognize and enforce ICSID arbitral awards in the United States.
