Claire is an associate in our Amsterdam office and a member of the Corporate and M&A team. She assists on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets transactions.

- RWE AG on its joint venture with TotalEnergies to jointly deliver the OranjeWind offshore wind project in the Netherlands which will have an installed capacity of 795 megawatts, with TotalEnergies acquiring a 50% equity stake in the offshore wind farm from RWE. The OranjeWind project will be the first system integration project in the Dutch market, aiming to match intermittent wind power generation with flexible energy demand and thus contributing to grid stability.
