Kristina is a versatile disputes lawyer who advises her clients on all aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration.
She has a strong track-record in defending clients against mass litigation and collective actions as well as in disputes that arise on the back of internal investigations.
As a member of our Insolvency Disputes Skills Group, Kristina has a special focus on advising her clients in litigation that evolves in a corporate restructuring or insolvency. What Kristina enjoys most is advising on cross-border matters, particularly on those with a US nexus.
Kristina advises in both German and English.

- Advising a global OEM on its worldwide defence against compliance-related customer claims brought against the OEM and its dealers, including developing and implementing a global defence strategy and representing the OEM in a cross-border collective action in German courts.
- Defending a leading German financial institution against a claw-back action filed by an insolvency administrator.
- Acting for one of the world’s leading shipping companies in an insolvency-related arbitration.
- Defending a German insurance company against a claim in connection with the redemption of a credit loan.
- Representing a group of bondholders in an insolvency-related litigation against the debtor's shareholders. This complex dispute has arisen in connection with one of the most prominent insolvencies Germany has seen in recent years.
- Representing a major Austrian construction company and its joint venture partner in an ICSID arbitration against the Federal Republic of Germany under the Energy Charter Treaty. The claims arise in connection with changes to Germany's regulatory framework for the offshore wind energy sector.
