Shiyao is a senior associate in our global transactions group and advises clients on a broad range of financing arrangements.
Shiyao advises on a range of complex cross-border finance transactions, including real estate finance and general corporate financings, as well as restructurings. She acts for sponsors and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
