Carolin represents clients in complex legal disputes before national courts and in arbitration proceedings.
Carolin has represented numerous clients in litigation before German courts as well as in (partly cross-border) DIS and ICC arbitration proceedings. She advises on all aspects of German civil and commercial law. In particular, Carolin has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in contractual disputes and has been involved in the (amicable) settlement of numerous such disputes.
Carolin has also worked in our London, New York and Paris offices.
Carolin speaks German and English.

- Representing several operators of gas storage facilities in relation to design and defect warranty issues in DIS arbitrations and state court proceedings
