Sarah Richardson

Sarah is an associate in the People & Reward department in London. She advises on a broad range of employment, incentives and pensions law issues in an advisory, transactional and contentious context.

During her time at Freshfields and whilst on secondment to a major international bank, Sarah has acted on large public and private M&A transactions, assisting clients with their employee, share scheme and pension matters. In a more advisory context, Sarah has assisted clients on a range of corporate governance, incentives and employee issues.
