Fan is an associate based in our Shanghai office. Her practice focuses on PRC employment matters in an advisory and transactional context. Fan advises on the employment aspects of the implementation of international transactions in China, and provides executive terminations, collective redundancy exercises, share incentive plans, labour dispatching, expatriate immigration and other day to day employment law advice to various companies.
Fan has completed two client secondments, most recently to PayPal assisting with the post close employment and general corporate work of its acquisition of a Chinese payment company and the other to Alibaba assisting with its daily implementation of employee share incentive plans.
Fan has written various articles on the employment and workplace issues in China (China Daily, Caixin, Freshfields Risk & Compliance blog and Digital blog).
Fan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
