Advising a group of 7 Spanish banks in the restructuring of the €1.063bn financial indebtedness of Nueva Pescanova (the parent company of the Nueva Pescanova Group) through a Spanish court-sanctioned refinancing agreement cramming down dissenting creditors. The restructuring included a €350-400m debt for equity swap and the refinancing of the remaining financial indebtedness.
