Freshfields in Southeast Asia
At Freshfields we cover Southeast Asia differently and believe our approach provides clients with seamless advice with a truly global perspective.
How are we different? We work across Southeast Asia from all our offices, but in particular Hong Kong and Singapore. We work with the best local firms but combine this with our own people who are long experienced both in the region and internationally.
Many of our lawyers have been working across the region for over 20 years and have worked on some of the biggest and most complex transactions and disputes covering all sectors. We have recognised and acclaimed leading country experts for Cambodia, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines and Thailand.
We also have strong relationships with the region’s leading local law firms, financial institutions, intermediaries and government agencies, working as one team and providing clients with a truly integrated service. By not having exclusive alliances with local law firms in the region, we choose the right team for the job tailored to the needs of our clients.
