Advising HOCHTIEF on its offer for – and later its part in the three-way acquisition of – Spanish toll road operator Abertis.
Advising the Fraport consortium on its successful bid to lease and manage 14 airports in Greece, which raised €1.2bn for the Greek government as a part of the 2015 privatisation process.
