Stephen is an associate in Silicon Valley. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Stephen worked at a major law firm where he represented public and private companies in M&A transactions and other general corporate matters. He also interned at the U.S. Dist. Court for the Dist. of Puerto Rico, Magistrate Judge Bruce J. McGiverin.
