Elizabeth Giordano is an associate in our antitrust, competition and trade practice based in Washington, DC.
Elizabeth helps clients navigate the antitrust components of mergers and acquisitions, investigations by the United States Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, civil antitrust litigation, and criminal investigations. She has extensive experience counseling clients through the merger review process, including advocating before the agencies, responding to second requests, and coordinating antitrust defense strategies in countries around the world.
She has worked with clients across a broad array of industries, including the pharmaceutical and life sciences, technology, financial services, and advertising sectors.
