Tracy Gu is a Global Transactions associate based in our Shanghai office. Her practice focuses on foreign direct investment, M&A transactions and other general corporate and commercial matters.
Tracy was seconded to a multinational insurance company in 2020, providing assistance in relation to its acquisition projects and general corporate matters.
