Zo is an associate in our New York office focusing on capital markets and corporate governance.
His practice covers a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on advising public and private companies including investment banks, foreign private issuers, private equity firms and multinational conglomerates in debt and equity securities offerings.
Zo’s practice also focuses on advising public and private companies on general corporate matters as well as SEC reporting and corporate governance issues.

- Cazoo in connection with a restructuring agreement with noteholders representing 75% of the company’s $630 million convertible senior notes and shareholders representing more than 25% of its outstanding shares.
- Counsel in SEC-registered initial public offerings, including for Oscar Health’s $1.4bn IPO and Fluence Energy’s $1bn IPO.
- Counsel to issuers and underwriters in various debt and equity offerings, including offerings of American Airlines Group, Spirit Airlines, Sirius XM, Wynn Resorts, DigitalOcean, TechnipFMC and Performance Food Group.
