Jessica is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer specialising in derivatives and structured finance.
Jessica is based in London and has a particular focus on the regulation of the securitisation markets in the UK and EU. She is also an expert on the transition from LIBOR to risk free rates in the securitisation market and is a member of the bond market sub-group of the working group on sterling risk-free reference rates.
